Good bike, long shipping

I ordered a ByK E-350 for my son last month. The website was easy to navigate and the order process went smoothly. It took about 9 days to reach me in Arizona, which felt a little long, but the bike itself was well-packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Assembly was minimal, mostly just attaching the handlebars and pedals. My son loves it, says it's much lighter than his old one. Quality seems solid for the price.

Are the bikes shipped fully assembled or do I have to put it all together myself when it arrives?

The bikes mostly come pre-assembled, you just have to do a few things like attach the pedals and turn the handlebars. It's not too bad.

My E-450 was like 85% assembled. Took me maybe 15 minutes to finish it up with the tools they suggest. Pretty easy.

Oh for sure. We had a cheap one first and the ByK is night and day. Lighter, easier to pedal, and just feels more solid. My kid picked it up way faster.

How do I even know what size ByK bike to get? My kid is kinda in between sizes on other charts I've seen.

They have a sizing guide on their site, it's usually based on inseam measurement. I'd definitely measure your kid and check that chart.

Don't just go by age! Measure their inseam and compare it to the bike's minimum seat height. That's the most important thing for proper fit.
